Mrs. Lucy S. Jeffers, 75, wife of the late Herbert C. Jeffers, formerly of Chesterfield and Petersburg, died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. A. Miller, Perrysburgh, OH. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Evelyn Johnson, of Los Angeles, and one son, Carle V. Jeffers, of this city. The body will be brought to Petersburg for burial but arrangements have not been completed.
