Louis M. Kibby, 61, of South Boardman, died Tue, Sep 10, 1991 at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mr. Kibby, a retired well driller, moved to Kalkaska from Muskegon in 1962. He was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church and enjoyed working for the Lord.
He was born in Elberta on Jan 31, 1930 to Alva and Mae Viola Gonyon Kibby. On Dec 4, 1948 in Muskegon, he was married to Minerva Mason who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Steven Kibby of Key Largo, FL, and James Kibby of Mancelona; one daughter, Caroline Hartsell of Farmington, NM; one brother, Francis Kibby of Frankfort; one brother in lawn and sister in law, Herschel and Vera Mason of South Boardman; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
One sister, Crystal Ferris, preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held Fri, Sep 13, 1991 at the Lighthouse Baptist Church. Rev. Max Tracey officiated. Burial was in Boardman Township Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
