Mrs. Lois K. Toye, 83, of Steubenville, OH died Fri, Jul 14, 1995, in Steubenville.
Mrs. Toye was a retired dental hygienist. She moved to Kalkaska County in 1971, from Genoa, OH, and returned to Ohio following the death of her husband. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Steubenville, and a former member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Kalkaska.
Born in Steubenville on Aug 17, 1911, she was the daughter of Frederick and Laurelola Parsons Bray. On Nov 27, 1937, in Canton, OH she was united in marriage with Dr. Frederick C. Toye who preceded her in death on Dec 5, 1981.
Surviving are two sons, Frederick Toye of Cordova, TN, and Robert L Toye of White Cloud; two daughters, Sheila Isakson of Milwaukee, WI, and Susan Jasse of Walpole, NH; one sister Marjorie Eernhart of Steubenville; one brother, Fred Bray of Steubenville; and four grandchildren.
One brother, Roland Bray, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at St. Paul Episcopal Church in Steubenville. Fr. George P. Donehoo officiated. Committal services will be held at 4 pm Thu, Jul 20, 1995 at Evergreen Cemetery in Kalkaska. Fr. Patrick J Barrett will officiate.
Local arrangements were made by Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska.
