Linda L. Trombley, age 57, of Peck, died March 10, 2008 at her home after a courageous eight-year battle with breast cancer. She was born February 18, 1951 in Cass City to William and Marie Harvey. Linda graduated from Brown City High School class of 1969. On December 4, 1971 she married Robert J. Trombley. A housewife and mother, Linda also had worked from Hamlin Seat Belts in Imlay City and also Voplex Industries and Champion Homes in Dryden. For many years she was an Avon Representative and won many awards. Linda also cared for her daughter Jennifer for 28 years. She was a member of Fellowship Bible Church. Linda is survived by her husband Robert, two children, Melanie (Derrick) Brockway, Auburn Hills, Jennifer Trombley, Sandusky; six grandchildren; Blain, Griffin, Devin, Preston, Zachary and Nathan; parents William and Marie Harvey; three sisters and brother; Ann (Larry) Morris, Marilyn (Greg) Wilcox, William (Kathy) Harvey, and Virginia Harvey, Mother-in-law, Jean Trombley and brother –in-law Ron Trombley, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son Robert Lee Trombley. Funeral services have been held at Fellowship Bible Church on Peck Road in Brown City. Burial is in the Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be made to United Hospice or wishes of the family.
