Linda C Angell, 53, of Fife Lake, died Sep 12, 2001, surrounded by her loving family after a long and valiant struggle with cancer.
She was born on Mar 6, 1948, to Roy and Rose (Helsel) Ingersoll in Cadillac.
Linda graduated from Kalkaska High School in 1966. She married Clyde Angell on Oct 21, 1972. She was employed by Kalkaska Memorial Health Center for 15 years and enjoyed cooking and baking and playing with her granddaughter.
She is survived by her husband Clyde of 29 years; her son Hiram (Kimberly) Angell of Fife Lake; granddaughter, Natalie Angell of Fife Lake; brothers, Robert (Lavona) Ingersoll, Stanley (Margie) Ingersoll, Carl (Edith) Ingersoll, Roy Lee (Pandi) Ingersoll, all of Fife Lake; sisters, Violet Burns of Cadillac, Mildred (Harold) Frye, Rose (Orley) Cox, Helen (Junior) Sloat, all of Lake City and Virginia Marrow of Traverse City.
She was preceded by her parents and brothers Frank Ingersoll and Homer Ingersoll.
Visitation was held Sep 13 and on Sep 14 before the funeral service began at Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Jeff Badgero of Excelsior Church of Christ officiated. Interment was in Ingersoll Cemetery.
