Lillian I Maloney, 90, of Kalkaska passed away peacefully on Dec 25, 2003, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center-LTC.
She was born on Jun 16, 1913, in Defiance, OH, the daughter of Walter and Nora (Drew) Courser.
Lillian married Charles Maloney on May 17, 1930, in Lansing. She worked as a practical nurse at Martha T Berry Hospital in Mt Clemens. Lillian also owned the Twin Pines Nursing Home in Rochester for many years.
Surviving Lillian are her children, Edwin (Aleta) Maloney of Clarkston, Ronald (Carol) Maloney of Kalkaska, Nada Miotke of Utica, and Donna (Jack) Quinn of Utica; her daughter in law, Vera Maloney of Mancelona; 30 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and sisters, Wanita Potter and Joann Courser, both of Lansing.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and sons, Norman Maloney and Delbert Maloney.
Funeral services were held Dec 29 at Christian Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rochester Hills where burial will take place.
Arrangements were made by Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska.
