Leonard Franklin Adolph (Grog), age 60, of Flint, died Fri, Jun 8, 2007 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Mr. Adolph was born Oct 22, 1946 in Cadillac, MI the son of Ulysses (Steve) and Leni Mae Adolph.
Leonard attended Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church of God and had been a member of MENSA. He had worked for General Motors as a Pattern Maker where he was a member of the Pattern Makers League. Recently Leonard had worked for Kroger and was a member of the Food Workers Union.
Using the on-line name of Grog, he was an avid Ultima player. On Oct 11, 1975 Leonard married Ruby Jene Chatman and she survives him. Also surviving are son, Hans, mother, Leni Mae Adolph, brothers, Roger (Anna) Adolph, Terry Adolph, sister, Mary (Clarence) Franklin, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Adolph was preceded in death by his father, Ulysses (Steve) Adolph, daughter, Hope, son, Isaac and brother Steven.
Friends may visit the family from 5 to 8pm. Monday at Reigle Funeral Home Sunset Chapel. The funeral service will be 11am Tue, Jun 12, 2007 at the funeral home. Pastor Don Dennis will officiate. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.
