ADA - Services for Leo R. Wright, 45, of Upper Sandusky, former Ada resident, will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Hanson Funeral Home, Rev. Fred Wintermute officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Wright, manager of the Kroger store in Upper Sandusky, died 7:45 p.m. Wednesday. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
He was born March 9, 1924, in Hardin County, the son of Wayne and Anna Elzay Wright. He was married to Beatrice L. Betz, who survives with the parents and two sons, James R. of Ada and Michael with the U.S. Navy at Newport, R.I.; a daughter, Marian Yvonne at home; and a grandson.
Also eight sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Fleming of Rt. 1, Lafayette, Mrs. Betty Jo Klingler of Ada, Mrs. Helen Smith of Lima, Mrs. Norma Davis of Marion, Mrs. Cecil Williams of Cairo, Mrs. Phyllis Vermillion and Mrs. Patricia Betz, both of Kenton and Miss Shirley Wright of Rt. 1, Ada; and four brothers, Ralph E., Ray L., Floyd E. and Gary D., all of Ada.
He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Ada Post, American Legion; Liberty Grange; Liberty Conservation Club, and First United Methodist Church, Upper Sandusky.
Friends may call at the funeral home, where Grange memorial services will be 8 tonight.
