Laurence H. Dorman, 75, of Kalkaska, died Sat, Jun 19, 1993 at Traverse City Community Hospital.
Mr. Dorman had been a lifelong resident of the Kalkaska area. Prior to retirement, he had been employed by the D.N.R. as a parks maintenance man and a foreman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was born on Oct 5, 1917, in Kalkaska, to William and Martha Holly Dorman. On Jun 29, 1950, in Kalkaska, he married Shirley Camp, who survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Sharon Kendall of Alden; one brother, Percy Dorman of Sparta and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held Tue, Jun 22, 1993 at the Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska. Rev. Fred Coates officiated. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kalkaska County.
