Laura Stafford Chouinard, of Traverse City, passed away peacefully on Mon, Dec 30, 2019 while surrounded by friends and family.
Laura was a resident of Medilodge of GTC for the last two years. She had many friends, and was loved by the staff.
Laura enjoyed coloring, bingo, nature, and anything sweet.
Laura is survived by her father, Thomas Stafford; sister, Mary Thompson; brother, Steve Stafford; children, Leah (Chouinard) Rice, Brett Chouinard and Cheryl Chouinard and their father, Dwayne Chouinard; and multiple nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Laura was preceded in death by her mother Josephine Stafford.
Services will be held on Sat, Jan 4, 2020, with a gathering at 2 pm and memorial service starting at 3 pm. Services will be held at Covell Funeral Home, 232 E State St, Traverse City, MI 49684.
