Kevin Karl Reber, 52, of Fife Lake, passed away on Sun, May 23, 2010 at Spectrum Butterworth in Grand Rapids. He was born on Nov 8, 1957 in Cadillac, the son of Karl and Lorene (Wince) Reber.
Kevin married Alice M Nielsen on Sep 15, 1979 in Lakeview. His hobbies included motorcycling, hunting, and the 'great outdoors.' Kevin was a diehard Lions fan, played football and ran track in high school. His dad was his best friend and he loved being with family and friends.
Kevin was a past member of the Kalkaska Archery Club, a member of ABATE of Michigan, Michigan Bow Hunters, and was a DNR Safe Hunter Instructor for over 25 years.
Surviving Kevin is his wife, Alice; his daughter, Emily; his mother, Lorene Reber of Lakeview; and his sister, Rebecca "Becky" (John) Ellafrits of Lakeview. Preceding Kevin in death was his father, Karl in 2003.
Visitation will be on Thu, May 27, from 6 to 9 pm at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Fri, at 7 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Kim Hough officiating.
