Kent Clio Rosenberg, 84, of Kalkaska passed away Jan. 3, 2003. at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center Long Term Care.
He was born April 8. 1918, in Kalkaska, the son of Clio and Irma (Hauenstein) Rosenberg.
Kent was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving our country during World War II. He married Arlene Slocum on Jan. 25, 1947. in Alden.
Kent was a resident of Kalkaska his entire life. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Kalkaska, VFW Post 8684 and a member of the NRA. Kent enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid outdoorsman and conservationist.
Kent is survived by his loving family, including his wife Arlene of 55 years; daughter Deanna R. (Chris) Roberts of Kalkaska; grandchildren, Julie Anne Kadlec of New Port Richie, Fla., Mark (Jennifer Roads) Weiszer of Portage and Katlyn M. Roberts of Oshtemo.
Kent was preceded in death by his sister Ruby Lannin and his dog Lucky.
Funeral services were conducted Jan. 6 at the United Methodist Church of Kalkaska with the Rev. Robert Stark officiating.
Memorials may be given on behalf of Kent Rosenberg to the United Methodist Church of Kalkaska or KAIR.
