Kenneth James Quick, 63, of Kalkaska, passed away Jan 28, 2003, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. He was born Mar 20, 1939, in Lincoln Park, the son of Ellis and Beatrice (Montie) Quick.
Kenneth served our country in the US Army from 1962 through 1964 and then was in the Army Reserve. He married Lorraine A Siebert on May 21, 1966 in Detroit.
Kenneth was a member of Kalkaska VFW Post 8684 and the Moose Lodge of Kalkaska.
Kenneth is survived by his family, including his wife Lorraine of 36 years; daughters, Tina Lynn (Edward) Belitz of Detroit and Dawn Marie (Derwin) Johns of Westland; grandson Kenneth James Johns of Westland; and brothers, Melvin (Connie) Quick of Grand Rapids and Eldon (Jean) Quick of Kalkaska.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Memorials may be given on behalf of Kenneth Quick to the American Cancer Society.
