Kenneth "Pat" Albert McCauley, 75 of Kalkaska passed away Mon, Mar 12, 2012 at his home in Kalkaska. Born in Detroit on Sep 26, 1936, Ken was the son of the late Chester and Ruth (Burton) McCauley.
He had a great love for music, playing the guitar, keyboard and singing. He enjoyed taking relaxing drives with his sweetheart, camping, watching airplanes taking off, and seeing big ships set sail in the UP.
Ken is survived by his wife, Grace (Long); children, Randy (Carla) McCauley and Jim (Kim) McCauley; step daughter, Lisa Long; grandchildren, Jason, Sarah, and Andrea; siblins, Danny McCauley, Dick McCauley, Darlene Bourne, Linda Parker, and Mike McCauley. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Nancy Woodruff, Tim McCauley, Ed McCauley, Shirley Woodruff, Lauralei McCauley, and Darrel McCauley.
Visitation will be held for Mr. McCauley on Wed, Mar 14, 2012 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Kalkaska Funeral Home on Thu, Mar 15, 2012 at 11 am with final visitation beginning at 10 am.
