Mrs. Katharina Earl, 76, of Mancelona, died Sun, Feb 9, 1992 at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Earl resided in East Lansing until two years ago when she moved to Kalkaska County. Prior to her retirement in 1984, she was employed as a cafeteria manager for the East Lansing Public Schools.
Mrs. Earl was born in Germany on Feb 5, 1916, daughter of the late Josef and Teresa Folzwinkler Fagerer.
On May 7, 1947, in Marquette, she was married to Robert L. Earl who survives.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Robert P. Earl of East Lansing; one daughter, Kathy Purdy of Traverse City; one half brother, Andreas Fagerer of Bad Reichenhall, Germany; two sisters, Heidi Stangenwald of Holt, and Teresa Zellerhof of Bayerisch G'Main, Germany; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Memorial services may be held at a later date.
