Joyce Clark, age 80, of Marlette, MI died Thursday, June 13, 2024 at McLaren Port Huron Hospital. Joyce Louise Cronce was born April 14, 1944 in Brown City, MI. She is the daughter of the late Leland and late Donna (Clink) Cronce. Joyce grew up in Brown City, MI. She is a graduate of Brown City High School, Class of 1962. Joyce continued her education at Wayne State University.
She was employed as a Cashier and Clerk by Hilltop Diner in Marlette. Joyce was also employed as a Child Caregiver.
Joyce enjoyed throwing parties for friends, playing bingo, watching old television shows and movies, and finding winning lottery tickets. She enjoyed reading up until her vision began to fail and then she relied on old movies. Joyce loved kids and was an avid supporter for any of their fund raisers.
She is survived by: her sons, William Patrick Clark, Michael Douglas Clark, John Robert Clark, and Sean Clark; sisters, Jacquelyn Cronce of Imlay City, MI, Barbara (Russell) Roloson of Cass City, MI and Shirley (Ken) York of Brighton, MI; her brothers, Robert (Donalda) Cronce of Brown City, MI, Mark Cronce of Brown City, MI, Allen (Kelly) Conce of Brown City, MI and Kenneth (Donna) Cronce of Brown City, MI; sister in law, Carol Cronce of North Branch, MI; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by: her parents, Leland & Donna Cronce; and her siblings, Martin Cronce, William Cronce, Marvin Dale Cronce, Peggy Lee Cronce, and Bonnie Cronce.
A memorial is not planned at this time.
