Mrs. Josephine Stuck, 85, died Mon at her home at 225 S. Antler St., Gladwin. Born on Mar 28, 1877 in Nuremburg, Germany, the former Josephine Ludwig was married to August Bittner in 1901 in Philadelphia. He preceded her in death in 1928. She moved to Gladwin County from Cleveland, OH in 1932 and was married to William Stuck in Gladwin in 1947.
Survivors include her husband, William; two sons, Rudy Bittner of Houston, TX and Andrew Bittner of Baton Rouge, LA; two daughters, Mrs. Agnes Wainright of Cleveland and Mrs. Wilhelmina Hanson of Wickliffe, OH; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thu at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. George Artman officiating. Burial is in Ridge Cemetery.
