JoAnn B. Yakley, 46, of South Boardman, died Wed, Apr 1, 1998, at Munson Medical Center.
Mrs. Yakley resided in Wayne until 4.5 years ago, when she moved to South Boardman. She was a member of the Kalkaska United Methodist Church.
Born in Howell on Feb 12, 1952, she was the daughter of William and Marian (Cook) Brayton. She was married to Harold Yakley, who survives.
Also surviving are son Adam Nelson Marin of Saginaw; daughters Angella Yakley of Waynesboro, PA, Jennifer Sears of Traverse City, Bridget Yakley of Ann Arbor and Danette Marin of Fife Lake; brother Mike Brayton of Fenton; sisters Sue Seeley of New Baltimore and Sally Altenbernt of Milan; and grandchildren Karalee and Melanie Sears and J.J. and Elisha McNamara.
Funeral services were held Apr 4 at the Kalkaska United Methodist Church. Pastor Howard Seaver officiated. Cremation followed funeral services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were made by Wolfe Funeral Home, Kalkaska.
