Jeremy D. "Jerry" Farrar, 36, of Kalkaska, passed away on April 23, 2009 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. He was born on March 1, 1979 to Delbert Forrest and Elsie Leone (Beardsley) Farrar in Traverse City.
Jerry married Karen Lynn Horner on September 9, 1995 in Fife Lake. Together they had 3 precious children. Jerry was a member of the Church Alive Church of God of Kalkaska. He was always busy working in the yard. Jerry was a very quiet and loving father, son, and brother. He will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.
Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 13 years, Karen; his cherished children, Tyler D. Farrar, Timothy D. Farrar, and Kaitlyn O.H. Farrar; his dear parents, Delbert and Elsie Farrar of South Boardman; his loving siblings, Clifford F. Farrar of Traverse City, Lucinda K (Scott) Thomas of Oregon, and Jenny L. (Ken) Brodrick of Milford, NH; and his dear grandparents, Leonard D. and Elsie Beardsley of Traverse City.
Visitation for Jerry was held Mon, Apr 27, 2009 from 6 to 8 pm at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home in Kalkaska. The funeral service was on Tue at 11 am at the New Life Assembly of God Church, with Pastor David Barker of the Church Alive Church of God officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Traverse City.
