Jennifer Eileen Olsen, 33, passed away Dec 8, 2019 in Pittsburgh, PA. Jenni was born in Traverse City on May 13, 1986.
She was a graduate of Traverse City West Senior High School and the Great Lakes Culinary Institute.
Jehni had a real passion for her chosen profession and had worked for a number of years in several Traverse City restaurants. She excelled as a pastry chef and was well known for her incredible desserts. Always eager to expand her culinary talents, Jehni spent several years in Seattle, WA to learn different methods of cuisine. She then moved to Pittsburgh, PA, to continue the quest.
Jehni loved winter, the outdoors, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She will always be remembered for her warmth, smiles, infectious laugh and easy going nature.
Jehni leaves behind her parents, Ken Olsen and Sue Olsen; a brother, Erik Olsen, all of Traverse City; and an aunt Barbara Traver, of Baldwin, GA.
Jehni was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Alice Olsen, of Farmington Hills, and George and Barbara Zerbel of Northville.
The love and joy that Jehni brought to so many will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
