Jeffrey Dean Vermillion, age 55, of Kenton, passed away at 1:14PM on Sun, Nov 9, 2014 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He was born on Dec 16, 1958 to the late Ronald Vermillion and Phyllis Jean Wright. He first married Carolyn Bolen and they divorced. On May 17, 1996, he married Carol Ault and she survives in Kenton. Jeffrey is also survived by his mother, Phyllis Jean Vermillion of Belle Center; his three sons, Chris (Trisha) Vermillion of Alger, Brandon (Ashley) Vermillion of Belle Center, and Jordan Vermillion at home; his step daughter, Amy (Eric) Nagy of Alexandria, OH; his sisters: Patsy Heilman of Russells Point, OH, Tamara Helton of Kenton, and Kandy Hopson of Lima, OH; and his grandchildren, Case Vermillion and Emmett Nagy. Jeffrey was a 1977 graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School. He has been employed as a precision machinist moldmaker for 37 years at Pleasant Precision, Inc. He was a member of the Kenton Moose Family Center #428, a life member of the Hardin County Pullers, and a life member of the Hillcrest Lanes Bowling Association. Funeral services for Jeffrey Dean Vermillion will be held at 10:30am on Thu, Nov 13, 2014 at Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Foor officiating. Burial will follow the service in Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm on Wed, Nov 12, 2014 at the funeral home.
