James “Jim” G Weber, 52, of Interlochen died suddenly, Fri, Sep 22, 2017. Jim was born on Jun 19, 1965 in Traverse City, MI to John and Juanita (Morgan), and has been a resident of the area his entire life. He attended Kingsley schools, and graduated in 1983.
Jim was currently employed by Garage Door Services of Traverse City. He enjoyed many things in his life including hunting, fishing, skeet shooting, going to the race track, working on anything mechanical, and especially spending time with his son Cole on their camping trips.
He is survived by his son Cole, both of his parents, and siblings, John (Amy) and Jackie (Ken) Davis. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Breanna, Nathaniel, and a God Daughter, Rachael Thon.
Funeral services will be held on Tue, Sep 26, 2017 at 1 pm from the Covell Funeral Home in Kingsley. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Mon from 5 to 8 pm and on Tue from noon until the time of service.
Jim will always be remembered by the many friends and extended family as a good humored buy that always had a smile and a big heart.
Memorial contributions are appreciated for an education fund for his son.
