Funeral services for James Allen, 66, who died at a superior hospital, will be conducted Thursday morning at 10:30 at the Lucy’s Hayes Sunrise Chapel. The Rev. Glenn G. Husby will officiate, and burial will be in the Eagles Plot of Missoula Cemetery.
Mr. Allen was born July 10, 1889 at Detroit, Mich. He resided in Missoula for more than 20 years and was employed as a bartender and entertainer. For the past 13 months, he had resided in Superior with his daughter, Mrs. Jeanne Forseth.
He was a past secretary of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 32.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Bula Allen of Las Vegas, Nev., his daughter, and one grandson, Douglas Forseth of Superior.
