Jacob Lee Hubbell, 19 months, died Thu, Dec 5, 1991, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
He was born May 3, 1990 in Traverse City to John and Aileen (Fischer) Hubbell.
Besides his parents he is survived by one sister, Renae; three brothers, James, Jeff, and Joe all of Traverse City; his maternal grandparents Alden and Hazel Fischer of Williamsburg and paternal grandfather Robert Hubbell of Kewadin.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Genevieve Hubbell.
A memorial service was held at East Bay Calvary Church with Dr. Kendale D. Dennis officiating. The funeral took place Sat, Dec 7, 1991.
