Jack Lee Ruff, 41, died Tue, Sep 2, 1997, at Walnut Street Adult Foster Care Home in Kalkaska. Jack was a brittle diabetic.
He was born in Indianapolis, IN on Nov 20, 1955, son of the late James and Mary Francis Ruff.
Jack moved to Kalkaska County five years ago from Indiana. He had an interest in classic muscle cars and making crafts. He had a real sense of humor, bringing a smile and joy to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Jack will be deeply missed by those who lived and cared for him. He was recently baptized at the Victory Baptist Church in South Boardman.
Surviving are brothers, Jerry (Betty) Ruff of Rapid City and Jeff Ruff of Roachdale, IN; step brothers, John Aldio and Joseph Aldio, both of Rapid City; sister Judy Burdine of Roachdale, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
A brother, Jimmie Ruff, preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held Friday at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. William Kuiper, pastor of the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church, officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
