Jack E. Ream, 69, of Lima died at 9:50pm, Fri at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 4, 1922, in Jacksonville, FL, the son of Marion and Ethel Hoy Ream. On September 10, 1975 he married Sue. M. Fandree Tussing, who survives.
Mr. Ream was a retired underwriter for the State of OH, Bureau of Workers Compensation. He served with the Navy in WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a live member of VFW Post 1275.
Other survivors include one son, Timothy J. Ream of Fort Wayne, IN, three stepsons, Rev. Keith A. Tussing of Minneapolis, MN, Rev. Robert C. Tussing of Lancaster, and Paul D. Tussing of DeLand, FL; one stepdaughter, Anita J. Irwin of Cairo; seven step grandchildren; two brothers, Garner Ream of Dunkirk, and Marion O Ream of Sarasota, FL; and two sisters, Vivian Carpenter of Kenton, and Una Evalene Barnett of Findlay.
Private graveside services for the family will be at 10:30am Wed at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Robert C. Tussing officiating.
There will be no calling hours.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
