Mrs. George (Isabelle) Stock, 82, of 4744 Lippincott Rd., Lapeer, died Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Lapeer hospital after a short illness.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday from the Church of Immaculate Conception in Lapeer with the Rev. Fr. Sylvester Taube officiating. Burial was in Mt. Loretto Cemetery.
Rosary devotions were said Monday at the Muir Bros Funeral Home.
Mrs. Stock was born August 21, 1882 in Elba Twp., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Phillips. She was married to George A. Stock May 4, 1910 at the Church of Immaculate Conception.
She was a member of the Church of Immaculate Conception , the Order of Martha, The St. Jude Circle, and the Blue Star Mothers.
Surviving are her husband, George; 2 sons, Frank of Imlay City and Leo of Lapeer; 1 daughter, Mrs. Helen Esper of Fling, and 21 grandchildren.
