Isaac VanSkyhawk, who had been in serious condition for some time as the result of four or five strokes of paralysis, died at 6:12 Wednesday morning at the age of 65 years, 11 months, and 15 days. Funeral services will be held at the residence tomorrow (Friday) at 2 pm, conducted by Rev. A. A. Knepper of Salem Evangelical Church. Interment will be in the Bremen Cemetery.
Isaac VanSkyhawk was born in Blackford County, IN, Nov 7, 1853. He came to this vicinity some thirty five years ago and has resided here most of the time since then, being widely known.
