Irene R. "Dolly" Micol, 37, of Kalkaska, died Fri, Nov 19, 1999, in Traverse City of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Irene had been a resident of Kalkaska for the past 10 years moving from South Lyon. She enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls.
Born in Ann Arbor on Jul 24, 1962, she is the daughter of William and Beverly (Pierce) Slyfield, who survive.
Also surviving are sons Kevin and Chris Micol, both of Kalkaska; brothers Eric (Cheryl) Slyfield of Brighten, William Slyfield of Kalkaska, and James Slyfield of Traverse City; sister Barbara (Bob) Bunge of Kalkaska; maternal grandmother Geraldine Pierce of Kalkaska; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and special friends Jim and Joyce Smith of Traverse City.
Funeral services were Nov 23 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; Rev. James Hagler officiated. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
