Irene O. Revell, 90, of Route 1, Mount Aetna Rd, Hagerstown, died Mon, January 13 at Avalon Manor Nursing Home.
Born in New Martinsville, WV, she was the daughter of the late Mathais M and A. Eleanor McCousland Johnson.
Her husband Carlton C. Revell died in 1987.
She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty Diggins of Hagerstown, and Sara Frey of Falling Waters, WV; six sons, the Rev. James C. Revell of Lakeland, FL, the Rev. Robert E. Revell of Falling Waters, WV, Joseph E. Revell of Pensacola, FL, P. Benjamin Revell of Elkton, MD, Alfred Van Revell of Mashfield, MO, and the Rev. Daniel R. Revell of Paw Paw, WV; two sisters, Sara I Johnson and the Rev. Mary L Johnson, both of Hagerstown; 27 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three children and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11am Thu at the Minnich Funeral Home. The Rev. Arvel J Barrett will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wed from 7 to 9pm.
Memorial donations may be made to the Potomac Park Conference Center Building Fund.
