Helen Marie Lozier died Friday, May 27, 2016, at the age of 89.
She was born June 13, 1926, in Olympia, Wash., to Paul and Lula Jayne Barker. She and husband Robert Lozier resided in Buckley from 1964 to 1998 until they moved to Enumclaw. She was the owner/teacher of ABC Preschool in Buckley from 1968 to 1988.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Lozier, of 54 years; children Susan Shinn of Lake Forest Park, Wash., Ted Goodyear of Townsend, Mont., Sarah Brassard of Enumclaw, Jennie Uhles of Fall City, Wash., and George Lozier of Buckley; and sisters Joan Conway of Olympia and Ramona Griffin of Shoreline, Wash.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at Valley Christian Assembly, 32725 S.E. 42nd St in Fall City and an open house will take place from 2 to 4 pm July 23 at her former home at 147 N. A St. in Buckley.
