Mrs. Hazel L. Carver, 87, of Kalkaska, died early Monday morning, Mar 9, 1992 at the Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Carver moved to Kalkaska from Ferndale in 1967. She was a member of Grayling Chapter No 83 Order of the Eastern Star, and was affiliated with the Bear Lake Christian Church.
Mrs. Carver was born in Matoon, WI on Mar 13, 1904, daughter of the late Anton and Daisy Welsch Amerson. On Jan 9, 1938, she was married to Alfred Roy Carver who died on Oct 12, 1986.
One brother, Donald Amerson, also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one sister in law, Edith Amerson of Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wed, Mar 4, 1992 at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. Rev. Craig Hexham and Elder David Rosenberg will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Kalkaska.
An Eastern Star Memorial Service was held Tuesday at the funeral home.
