Hazel Teets, 91, died Sunday, Jan 24, 1988, in Sandusky.
She was born Sept 19, 1896 in Moore Township. She married Claude Teets Sept 10, 1918. He died Jan 21, 1962.
Mrs. Teets is survived by a son and daughter in law, Evans and Beverly Teets, Kingston; three daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Betty) Beulla and Mrs. Max (Arlette) Klohn, both of Sandusky, and Mrs. Ray (Leila) Wasielewski, Redford; three sisters, Ethel Babcock, Sandusky, Vera Poe of Pontiac, and Erma Dunn of Ortonville; two half sisters, Marjorie Czewski of Sandusky and Angeles Rosencrantz of Higgens Lake; one half brother, Clare Dorman of Snover; 16 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; and one great great stepgrandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Edmund and Ted, and one daughter, Donna.
Services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday in Mooretown Bretheran in Christ Church. The Ronald Slaybaugh, pastor of Mooretown Bretheran, will officiate. Burial will be in Moore Township Cemetery.
Visiting is from 2:30 – 9 pm today and 1 – 9 pm Tuesday at the Marsh Funeral Chapel, Sandusky, and from 11 am to 1 pm Wednesday at the church.
