Harry J. Smith, 61, a Prescott resident for 40 years died Friday at Bullhead City.
Mr. Smith was one of the original founders of the Vyne Brother’s Electric Company, one of the oldest electric concerns in the city. He came to Prescott from Emporia, KS.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Hazel Hill Smith, of this city, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. Martha Ayers of Prescott, and Mrs. Harriet Skinner of San Francisco.
