Funeral services were held at 2pm Sat, November 24, in the Williams-Vasu Funeral Home at 4375 North Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak for Mrs. Grace E. Cork, 52, a former Deckerville resident.
Mrs. Cork died November 21, in a Detroit hospital after an extended illness.
She was born Jan 15, 1910 in Deckerville, MI, the daughter of the late John and Mary Ann Munroe.
On Sept 28, 1936, she was united in marriage to Gordon Cork of Peck in Deckerville and has resided in Detroit and Birmingham since.
She is survived by her husband and three daughters, Mary, Susan, and Jane all at home; two brothers, Hilton Munroe of Port Huron and John Munroe of Avoca; three sisters, Mrs. Edna Bunyan, Mrs. John Gough, Sr., and Mrs. Kenneth Coleman, all of Deckerville and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was in the Acacia Cemetery, Birmingham.
