Services will be held at 1:30 pm Monday at the West Eckford Church, Marshall, for Glenn L Stampfler, 69, of 14212 13 Mile Rd, Route 1. He was dead on arrival Thu at Oaklawn Hospital, Marshall, after being stricken earlier at home.
Born in Missaukee County, Mr. Stampfler had been employed 13 years as a custodian at Harper Creekâs Wattles Park Elementary School. He had worked several years in other Harper Creek Schools. He was a member of the West Eckford Church.
Surviving are his widow, the former Gladys Hower; daughters, Mrs. LeRoy (Wilma) Autenriath of Alexis, IL; and Mrs. James (Eloise) Dargin of Racine, WI; a brother, Floyd V Stampfler of Climax; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Voice of Fife Lake and nine grandchildren.
The Court Funeral Home, Marshall, is in charge of arrangements.
