In memory of my husband, and our father Glenn Darrel Frantz, son of Glen and Della Frantz, born 1927, 28th day of Sep. Departed this life at the age of 67 years.
In 1946 Glenn Darrel was drafted into the U.S. Army where he spent a two year term.
In 1951 he was united in marriage to Fern Hoffmeyer to this union four children were born: Glenn, Tamrah, Dorrine and Kalvin.
In 1978 he moved to Kalkaska where he became a life member to the V.F.W. Post 8684. Kalkaska is where he spent the remainder of his life.
He leaves to mourn his passing Fern, Glenn, Tamrah, Dorrine, and Kalvin of Kalkaska; two sisters: Mrs. Neita Blackmer of Barryton, Mrs. Donalda Costello of Hersey; one brother Mr. Arlin Frantz of Lake View; an aunt, Mrs. Neva Kirvan of Traverse City; mother in law, Mrs. Bea Hoffmeyer of Evart; 17 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters in law, brothers in law and friends.
Everyone who knew Glenn Darrel Frantz will feel the loss of a beautiful husband, father, brother, friend and a man. God has taken him home, he saw the light.

Funeral services were held Fri, Jun 30, 1995, at the Wolfe Funeral Hone in Kalkaska. Rev. Richard Jones officiated. Graveside services were held at Excelsior Township Cemetery under the auspices of Land O'Lakes V.F.W. Post 8684.
