Gladys M Livermore, 90, of Kalkaska passed away on Apr 29, 2004, at her home. Born on Jan 7, 1914, in Spencer, the daughter of Oliver and Bessie (Simpson) Six.
Gladys married Wesley Livermore, the love of her life, on Jan 10, 1948, in Ann Arbor. She loved travel, her flowers and spending time with friends.
Surviving Gladys is her daughter, Alta (Gordon) Tokarzewski of FL; her grandchildren, Grodon Tokarzewski, LaVona (Michael) Bates, William (Finesse) Lantzer, Cindy Flick, Dennis Tokarzewski, Thomas (Julie) Corbin, Duane (Judy) Lantzer; 22 great grandchildren, 24 great great grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie (Stanley) Ingersoll of Fife Lake and Viva Perry of Manton; brother, Gordon Six of Harrison; several nieces and nephews; and her devoted friends, Ursal Clay of Fife Lake, Pamela Carr, Shirley Robinson and Nellie Hamilton, all of Kalkaska.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley, on Oct 27, 1960; son LaRoy Lantzer; grandson, Wesley Lantzer; great grandson, Timothy Schumaker; and siblings, Margaret, Ila, John, Cleo, Mark, and Dick.
The funeral service was conducted on Wed, May 5, at Wolfe Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Kuiper officiating. Interment was at Oliver Township Cemetery.
