Gerald Kenneth Fuller of Cadillac passed away on Sat, Sep 23, 2017 at Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital. He was 78 years old.
Gerald was born on Aug 18, 1939 in Cadillac, MI to Alger and Leone Fuller.
Gerry grew up in Cadillac, graduating from Cadillac High School in 1957. Gerry always had an interest in cars and became an auto and diesel mechanic, eventually opening his own business, Professional Vehicle Repair. He loved auto racing and enjoyed many racing weekends at Merritt Speedway with his brother Phil.
Growing up in Northern Michigan Gerry acquired a love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He had a soft spot for his many pets that he adopted over the years and always kept his bird feeder full for his feathered friends. He was known for his fighting spirit and lively sense of humor. Gerry will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his children: Brenen (Holly) Fuller of Cadillac, Christine Fuller of Georgia, Shane Fuller of Georgia, and his many grandchildren; his sister, Marilee Bereens of Cadillac; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Phillip Fuller.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wexford Humane Society or Northern Michigan Meals on Wheels.
