George W. Spahr, 59, of Kalkaska died Nov 22, 1992 at home.
Mr. Spahr was born May 6, 1933 in Hillsdale. He was married to Ima Jean Winchell who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Deborah Todd of Sanford and Melissa Long of Kalkaska; three sons, Gene Wilson and Dean Wilson of Hillsdale and Larry Mockridge of Sanford; two sisters, Dorla Mehand and Sandra Tate; four brothers, Robert Spahr of Hillsdale, Norman Spahr of Osseo, Lyle Spahr and Michael Spahr both of Pittsford; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Funeral services were held Wed, Nov 25, at the Van Horn Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale. Rev. DeBell officiated. Interment was in Frontier Cemetery, Frontier.
