George Henry Hodge, 79, died Thursday at the home of his son, Kenneth A. Hodge, 1103 O’Farrell Street. He had resided there for the past five years.
Mr. Hodge, whose occupation was boilermaker, formerly resided in Tacoma, WA, and was employed by the Todd Shipyards company for many years.
He was born in Traverse City, MI Jun 21, 1873, and was a member of the Methodist church.
Survivors include his son in Boise, two daughters, Mrs. Naomi Beckstead, Omak, WA, Mrs. Anita Meeham, Wenatchee, WA, one brother, Arthur Hodge, Traverse City, one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Gillett, Grand Rapids, MI, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Services and interment will be at Tacoma, with Schreiber-McCann-Gibson Chapel in charge of local arrangements.
