Dearest husband of the late Helen Olive Zink, devoted father of George E (Linda) Zink, James C (Rita) Zink and Virginia (Edward) Ratka; beloved grandfather of 10, great grandfather of of 10; and great great grandfather of 1; preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Alice Zink; brothers, Charles and James Zink and sister, Mabel Walters.
Mr. Zink worked for the State of Illinois Highway Department, Cahokia, IL for 7 years and was formerly employed with Mallinckrodt Corp, Weldon Springs, MO.
Services: The family is being served by the Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Thu, Jan 11, 2007 4 to 8 pm. Funeral service 12 pm Friday at The Baue Funeral & Memorial Center Chapel, St. Charles, MO. Interment Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL. Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
