Garland H. Jeffers, age 75, of Zephyrhills died Monday at East Pasco Medical Center. He was a Retired Senior Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, serving 27 years. He also was a Florida Department of Transportation Safety Representative. He was a member of the American Legion and the V.F.W., both in Valley City, ND, where he came from 21 years ago. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mildred A., His Son Garland Dean, of Marianna, FL, his Sister Lauris Maresh, of Seattle, WA. Three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. One son, Machel Charles preceded him in death in 1986. Visitation will be 5-7 pm at the Oakley Funeral Home, Zephyrhills, (today), where Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday. Inurnment will be private in Lakeland Memorial Gardens.
