Freeman Brant "Stretch" Calkin of West Torch Lake Drive in Rapid City, died while vacationing in Perdido Key, FL, Apr 24, 1993.
Mr. Calking was born in New York City. After a 50 year career as a sales executive and inventor he spent his retirement as sports fisherman.
He is survived by his wife Claire Faiella Calkin and two daughters, Peggy Snyder of Boston, MA and Polly Conlin of Birmingham, MI.
Mr. Calkin was 81 years old and had been diagnosed recently with cancer. He wished no service.
