Frederick A. Spalding, 82, died Mon, Mar 17, 1997, at Hospice Care Center. Mr. Spalding was a member of North Kent Presbyterian Church and a member of Rockford Lodge #246 F&AM.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria E. (Phelps) Spalding, whom he married Mar 10, 1940; his children, Arthur C. and JoAnn Spalding, Janet E. and Jon O'Connell, Patricia K and Richard Mudge; his grandchildren, Richard a. and Nita Dorman, Gregory A. and Kelly Spalding, Debbi L and Sean LaCroix, Marcy K Mudge, Kevin F and Lori Spalding, Douglas L Spalding and Holly R. Mudge; two great grandsons, Travis R. Spalding and Owen H.H. Spalding; a sister Mrs. Peggy Miller, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services were scheduled for Thursday morning at North Kent Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Kurt Stainsen, The Rev. Kathy Clark, Mr. William R. Phelps and Mr. Arthur C. Spalding officiating. Interment Blythefield Memory Gardens. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Salvation Army or Hospice Care Center.
