Frances C. Hiller, 77, of South Boardman, passed away on Sun, Feb 6, 2011 at Munson Medical Center. Funeral services for Frances were held on Fri, Feb 11, 2011 at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Boardman Township Cemetery in the spring.
