Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Riggs, 79, forer resident of Port Huron, who died Saturday in Detroit in the home of her son, John Riggs, will be held Tuesday at 2 pm in the Harris Funeral Home, Detroit. Burial will be in Forrest Lawn Cemetery.
