Floyd W. Kilbourn, 62, of 1136 Minnie St, died of heart disease Thursday afternoon in Port Huron Hospital shortly after suffering an attack in a Railroad Street business establishment.
Mr. Kilbourn was revived by firemen after he collapsed and was rushed to the Hospital.
He was born Mar 4, 1893, in Blaine.
Mr. Kilbourn was a switchman for more than 30 years for the Grand Trunk railroad. He was a member of lodge No 241, Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ethel Kilbourn; a daughter, Mrs. Harry Mikula; a son, William H. Kilbourn; two sisters, Mrs. William Kapanka and Mrs. Wesley Kerbyson and two grandchildren, Richard Mikula and Sandra Mikula, all of Port Huron.
The remains are in the Arthur Smith Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday.
Rev. J. Arthur Murfin, pastor of Griswold Street Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Stephen J. Nyeste, Gordon Potter, Thomas King, Russell S. Rossow, Martin E. Lamp and William Racely will be pallbearers.
