Faye A. Ingleright, 87, formerly of Lake City, died Sat, Nov 14, 1992, at the home of her daughter, Joyce McCool, of Kalkaska.
Mrs. Ingleright was a retired school teacher, having taught in Berrien County for six years and in rural Missaukee County schools for 14 years. She was also a homemaker and a member of the Lake City United Methodist Church and Esther Naomi Circle. She was a Farmer Field Woman for AAA of Missaukee County from 1941 to 1943. She was also a member of Farm Bureau, The Town and Country Helping Hands Club of Spencer Community and the Wexford-Missaukee Retired Teachers Association. She had been employed in retail sales at Hunt's Country Store for several years.
She was born Feb 20, 1905, in LaGro, IN. On Oct 16, 1926, in South Bend, IN, she married Paul A. Ingleright, who preceded her in death on Nov 18, 1974.
She is survived by two sons, Paul Thomas Ingleright of Saginaw and Larry E. Ingleright of Lake City; two daughters, Geraldine F. Montgomery and Mrs. Max (Joyce L) McCool, both of Kalkaska; one brother, Elmer Smith of Oakdale, CA; two sisters, Mary Shaver of Benton Harbor and Matilda Pettit of Lakeland, FL; 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren and a son, Russell D Ingleright on Dec 22, 1988, also.
Funeral services were held at the Young Funeral Home in Lake City. The Rev. David Dryer officiated. Burial was in Lake City Cemetery.
