Eugene R. Burroughs, 58, died at 2:30p.m. Monday at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind.
His funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Joan of Arc Cathedral in Indianapolis.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Seney Kirby Funeral Home in Indianapolis.
He was born and reared in the El Paso area and lived in the Indianapolis, Ind area for 15 years. He was the son of Clarence and Mable Stotler Burroughs. He married Mary Stacey in Peoria, in 1935.
Surviving are his wife; six children; his mother, two sisters, Mrs. Emily Onnen, Minonk; Mrs. Gerry Parr, Indianapolis; five grandchildren.
He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Cathedral.
